Delivery
We offer several shipping methods. or all standard deliveries and Click & Collect, delivery through EVRI may take between 3 and 5 business days. Please note that there may be some changes to the delivery time, and the exact delivery time will be indicated during the checkout process. For our Premium deliveries, such as express delivery or weekend deliveries, shipping via DPD may take one day. Please note that these premium deliveries must be made by 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday to meet the deadline. If you want to receive an order on Sunday, make sure to place it on Friday before 6:00 p.m.
Shipping costs
All GANT members qualify for free standard shipping.
All orders over £150 without membership qualify for free standard shipping.
For orders below £150, the cost of standard shipping is £3.95 via EVRI. We also offer premium shipping options via DPD, costing £5 for deliveries within 2 business days and £5.95 for weekend deliveries.

Returns
We know that sometimes orders need to be returned. Given this, we offer free returns. We have a 30-day return policy as a standard. Please note for sale/ discounted products, there is a 14-day return policy. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear or swimwear unless these Products are faulty.
