How can I return my order?

Returns

We offer free returns for all orders. All returns must be unused/unworn and in their original condition. You have 30 days to return full-price items and 14 days to return sale items. If you wish to return your order, please access the following link: gant.co.uk/returns


Store Returns

You can return your online order in-store, but please note that our stores function as pick-up points and will not process refunds. A refund will only be issued once your order has been processed by our warehouse.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and order the appropriate size or colour. If you purchased the item during a promotional period or with a voucher, please contact Customer Service.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed. However, you are welcome to return the item once you have received your order, and returns are free of charge.

We are currently experiencing longer processing times for returns. It may take up to 14 days from the time your return reaches our warehouse until the return is processed and the refund is issued.
