Returns Policy

We are sure you will be happy with your purchase, however if you do wish to return we accept returns on most purchases, if returned in the condition in which they were sold, within 30 days for full price products and 14 days for discounted or sale products (beginning on the day you receive your purchase).

A return can only be accepted if the products are not used and returned to us in their original condition and packaging, please do not remove any tags from the product/s.

Please provide proof of purchase when returning products. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, an exchange or gift tender (gift card or e-gift card) to the value of the lowest-selling price for the returned products will be offered.

Products returned with a Gift receipt can only be exchanged.

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges on Gift cards, please see full T&C’s on gift cards here.

Online Exceptions Policy

For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on face masks and underwear if the packaging has been opened, unless these products are faulty.

Outlet Store Policy

No refunds will be given on GANT outlet stock. Outlet stores will only accept exchanges on purchases made at GANT UK Outlet stores.

A exchange can only be accepted if the product/s are not used and returned to us in their original condition and packaging, please do not remove any tags from the product/s.

Online Exchanges And Returns

Online Exchanges

We currently cannot accept online exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for the same style please visit us in store where we can complete the exchange for you. If this is not possible or if you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, please return it for a refund and then place a new order for the replacement item.

Online Refund Time Frame

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement after the receipt of goods at our warehouse. The length of time depends solely on your card company’s policies. Contact your card issuer for further details. Please note that customers will not receive an acknowledgement of delivery until such time as the refund and / or exchange is processed; please check your proof of postage to track returned items.

How To Return Online Order

Returning some or all of the items from your order is simple.

To A GANT Store (Card payments only)

All products purchased online (excluding purchases made with Paypal or Klarna) can be returned to any of our UK retail stores. Online returns are not accepted at any GANT Outlets or GANT stockists. For a full list of GANT retail stores please see and select ‘GANT STORE’ in the filter options.

For us to process your return in store, you will need to bring:

  • Your order confirmation email (either printed or on a mobile device)
  • The products that you wish to return
  • The funds will be returned to your original method of payment, and you should receive confirmation via email soon after the transaction is processed.

Free DPD Pickup/ Free Royal Mail

Please follow these simple steps to ensure your parcel is returned safely :

  • Include the returns form in your parcel
  • Write your order number on the DPD pickup or Royal Mail label provided in your order
  • Attach the label to the parcel, removing or covering old labels
  • Drop the parcel at your nearest DPD Pickup location or at your local Post Office


You’ll be given a proof of return receipt with either services so you can track the return.

Republic of Ireland

Free Returns via our Portal. Follow these steps to ensure your parcel is returned safely::

  • With your order shipment you will receive an email alert with your returns order reference, you will need this to start your return. Please check your SPAM folder
  • Visit: https://gant.returns.international/ enter your returns order reference and email addres
  • Select the item(s) to return and generate your label
  • Drop the parcel at your chosen location

Returns Procedure (non UK mainland orders)

In order to process your return quickly and efficiently you must complete the return form on your returns form and enclose it in your parcel. All returns should go to the below address:

Please Note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, except where the goods are faulty as confirmed by us.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If the item you received is faulty or if you have received an incorrect item to that which you ordered, please contact customer services here or by calling 0800 319 6795. Please quote your order reference number, your name and address, contact phone and details of the product as well as the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
