Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery - £5 to most mainland UK areas*

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday, will be delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Saturday Delivery

Saturday Delivery - £8.95

UK Mainland only. For guaranteed Saturday delivery orders must be placed before 14:00 on Friday. (Please note: If your order is placed after 14:00 your order will not be delivered until the following Saturday)*

Orders to the below postcodes, will need to be placed before 14:00 on Wednesday: if placed after 14:00 your order will not be delivered until the following Saturday.

Sunday Delivery

Sunday Delivery - £8.95

We use DPD Tracked Delivery Service

You can check the status of your order at any time - To do this, enter the tracking number provided in your confirmation e-mail at www.dpd.co.uk/forms/track-my-parcel.jsp.

At this stage you will also be able to change your delivery option with DPD if you would like, to one of the following:

• DPD Pick up shop

• Deliver to neighbour

• Leave in Safe Place

• Upgrade Delivery

• Collect from Depot (pre card)

They can also arrange an alternative delivery day, up to 5 days in the future.

Free Click & Collect from store

GANT Company Announcement

Our current Regent Street store will close Friday 29th July, due to relocation. Click & Collect is now no longer available to this store, all existing Click & Collect orders can be picked up as normal until this date.

How to use Click & Collect

Simply place your order online and we'll deliver it to your chosen shop for you to collect.

Orders sent using this service should arrive in 3 working days* (Excluding weekends and Public Holidays)

This service is available from all GANT retail shops, excluding outlets, concessions and stockists.

  • Place and pay for your order online
  • We'll email you when it arrives in store
  • Pick up your items from your chosen shop

View maps and opening times for our stores, and the details for your chosen shop will appear on your order confirmation email.

To collect your order you will need:

  • Proof of purchase - a printed or digital version of your "Ready to Collect" or your "Order Confirmation" e-mail.
  • Proof of ID - photo ID or the card used to pay for the order.
  • If someone else will be collecting the order on your behalf they must bring your proof of purchase, your proof of ID and also their proof of ID.

If you've paid entirely by PayPal or gift vouchers, then please bring a photo ID, which should be your passport or photo driving licence.

We hold Click & Collect orders in store for 21 days after which time they will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take slightly longer. Occasionally technical updates to our systems or force majeure events will mean that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However we will always try to ensure any temporary changes are kept to a minimum
