Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size of the same item are now available through our newly launched Returns Portal. You can access the Returns Portal via your Gant Club profile or through the email you receive once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Select “Exchange” and choose the size you would like in the Returns Portal. Pack the items in the original parcel you received and include the delivery note.
Take the parcel to your chosen postal agent and show the QR code you received by email during the registration process. The return label will be printed by the agent.
Keep the receipt you receive from the agent until you get confirmation from us that we have received your return.
The item you selected for exchange will be dispatched from our warehouse as soon as we have received your return, and you will receive a new tracking number for your exchanged item.
Returning your items is simple with our new Returns Portal. You can start your return by logging into your Gant Club profile, going to your order overview, and selecting “Make a Return.” You will then be asked to enter your email address and order number.
Alternatively, you can visit gant.uk/return and enter your email address and order number to begin the process.
After entering your details, follow the instructions provided in the Returns Portal. Pack your items in the original parcel along with the delivery note, and take it to your chosen postal agent. Show the QR code you received by email, and the agent will print your return label for you.
Keep the receipt you receive from the agent until you get confirmation from us that we have received your return.
We offer free returns within 30 days from the day your parcel is delivered.
Women’s swimwear must be tried on over underwear and returned with hygiene stickers intact.
Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Perfume must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
Gift cards can not be returned
Please note that for in‑store purchases, our stores offer a 14‑day return period on sale items. For any returns relating to an in‑store purchase, we kindly ask that you visit one of our GANT full‑price stores.
For purchases made through a retailer, the store will need to contact that retailer directly for assistance with returns or claims.
At Gant we use a digital returns process, which means we do not include a return shipping label in your parcel. The return label will be printed for you when you hand in the parcel at your chosen postal agent.
Follow the instructions in the Returns Portal, then pack the items in the original parcel you received along with the delivery note.

*For orders placed to the Republic of Ireland, you can create a return or an exchange in the same way as described above. Once you have registered your exchange or return, a member of our customer service team will create a return shipping label for you. When it has been issued, you will receive an update via email.
Please note: Our customer service team operates on weekdays (excluding public holidays) from 8am to 4pm, and your return shipping label will be sent to you on the next working day.
Once your return has been processed in the warehouse, it may take up to 14 working days to receive the refund. It will be sent through your original form of payment.
Email customer service with your order number, issue description, and clear photos. For in-store purchases, please visit your nearest Gant store. Claims for reseller purchases must be handled directly with the reseller.
A7. Recycling of clothes is central in circular fashion and should be a natural part of every garment's life cycle. Together with TexAid, we take care of all Gant garments that are reclaimed in our stores or e-commerce. We ensure that these are recycled in a responsible manner. Through RECYCLE, we encourage our customers to let the garments they've loved be loved by someone else.
Delivery
All Gant members receive free standard shipping. If you are not a member, the home delivery cost is £3.95 and standard delivery to a pick-up point is £3. We also offer premium shipping options via DPD which are £5 for Express delivery (within 2 business days) and £4 to a pick-up point.
Please note that DPD is not available as a delivery option for orders to the Republic of Ireland.

No, unfortunately changes cannot be made once the order is placed.
If your order is missing an item please contact our customer service team.
Standard delivery time is approximately 3-4 business days. At checkout, you will be able to see the estimated shipping date for your order.
Your Click & Collect order will typically be available for collection within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for pickup at your selected store.
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its status through the tracking portal or by logging into your account on our website.
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID. If someone else is collecting your order, they’ll need a signed authorization letter, your ID copy, and their own ID.
Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to change the pickup location.
Yes, you can return your Click & Collect order at the store where you collected it. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase. The store will then send your parcel to our warehouse. Once the warehouse has processed your return, you will be refunded through your selected payment method.
After 14 days, the order will automatically be returned to our warehouse and refunded.
Gant Club
You can become a member on our website and in our stores, including our outlets. Membership is open to anyone who is 16 years of age or older.
As a member, you earn points on every purchase, receive free shipping and returns, free alterations, lifetime repair on denim, and enjoy even more exclusive benefits. Member benefits are updated regularly – you can find the latest details here.
We only store personal information that is necessary to provide and improve our services. Your data is never shared with other companies. For full details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Please ensure your email address and password are correct. If this still does not work, we recommend changing your password. To change your password, simply visit 'The Gant Club' site and click on 'Forgot your password'. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
If you would like to delete your account, please contact our customer service team.
Log in to your Gant Club account and update your preferences in the section "Communication preferences". You can also contact our customer service team for support.
No, membership offers cannot be combined with other discounts, sale items, or ongoing promotions.
To join the Gant Club in another market, you’ll need to create an account using another email address and accept that market’s terms and conditions.
Discounts, and benefits are managed locally and can only be used in the market where they were issued.
You can register one Gant Club account per email address and per market. Since membership terms differ by country, it’s not possible to use the same email for multiple markets.
You earn 10 points for every £1 spent when shopping on our website or in any of our stores. Just make sure to let the staff know you’re a member at checkout to have your points added.
When you earn 2,500 points, you get a £5 bonus discount to spend online and in-store – including in our outlets. Bonus discounts are calculated based on the points you collect during a rolling 24-month period. Bonus discounts are added to your membership and may be used when you log in to your Gant Club account or identify yourself as a member in-store. Your bonus discount is valid for 12 months from the date that it is created.
Points are activated 30 days after your in-store or online purchase and must be active before they can be used as bonus vouchers. Your points are valid for 24 months after you have earned them.
No, points are personal to your membership and cannot be shared or earned jointly with another account.
When you return an item, the points earned from that purchase are deducted. If you return only part of an order, points are adjusted only for the returned item(s).
You cannot get a bonus discount reverted if you return an item.
Order and Payment
No changes can be made after placing the order. Please return the item and place a new order.
Once you have added items to your basket, please click on "Checkout". Follow the checkout steps to specify the delivery/billing address and payment method. Confirm your order by clicking on ‘Buy now’."

You don’t need an account to place an order, but having a membership account gives you access to free standard shipping.

Gift Wrapping and Gift Card
Yes, gift-wrapped items can be returned as usual. Please note that gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.
Gant Gift Cards are valid for one (1) year from purchase or last use. Validity renews with use or balance check.
No, Gift Card purchases are non‑refundable and cannot be returned.
We’re unable to reactivate and accept expired gift cards.
The Gift Card terms of use are:
Redeemable in Gant UK stores and online
Not exchangeable for cash
Returns for purchases made with this card will be refunded to the same gift card.
Card Protection: Please keep your Gift Card safe as lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Balance: Any unused balance will remain on the card.
Expiry: The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of activation. Validity renews with use or balance check
Balance Check: Visit www.Gant.co.uk/giftcard to check your balance.
Ownership: The card remains the property of Gant.
We currently offer physical gift cards only, which can be ordered online or purchased in-store.

No, retail-issued credit notes can only be used in physical stores.
No, only one gift card can be applied per transaction. If you have more than one, we recommend using them across separate purchases or saving one for a future order.
