Returns Policy

We offer a refund on most purchases, if returned in the condition in which they were sold within 30 days for full price items and 14 days for reduced price or sale items (beginning on the day after you received the products). The refund is only offered if the products are not used and returned to us in their original condition and packaging. You must not remove any of the security or other tags from the product. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care.

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Returns procedure

For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear, unless faulty.
Free Returns (UK mainland only) We offer free returns on UK mainland orders, but are unfortunately unable to do so for orders delivered to the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. A UPS pre-paid returns label will be included on your Returns Form. You may arrange a collection from any UK mainland address, on any working day within the next two weeks. Collections are usually made between 09:00 and 17:00. Arranging a return is very simple:

  1. Securely wrap your unwanted item(s), along with your completed Returns Form
  2. Attach the UPS pre-paid label to the outside of the package
  3. Call UPS on 08457 877 877 (options 9, 1, 2, 2)
  4. Make a note of the Collection Reference number that you are given, and the Tracking # from the UPS pre-paid label
  5. Ensure that somebody is available to sign for the collection

Your return should arrive back at our warehouse in two working days, we then aim to process your refund or ship your replacement item in three working days.

Return procedure (non UK mainland orders) In order to process your return quickly and efficiently you must complete the return form on your invoice and return with the goods. All returns should go to the below address:

Please Note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We recommend that you use Special Delivery or if that is not available in your territory, use an insured carrier service. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, except where the goods are faulty as confirmed by us.

Faulty Or Incorrect Goods

If the item you received is faulty or if you have received an incorrect item to that which you ordered, please contact customer services at web.customerservice@gant.co.uk or by calling 020 7201 2942. Please quote your order reference number, your name and address, contact phone and details of the product as well as the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
